Description
Kake City School District is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a mobile or stationary commercial serving counter for school cafeteria meal service. The unit must include refrigerated or cooled food-pan sections for cold items, heated or warming food-pan wells for hot items, an integrated tray slide rail or shelf, and a sneeze guard or food shield assembly meeting NSF safety standards. Bids must include itemized pricing for the base equipment, required accessories, manufacturer warranties, freight and shipping to the district, and estimated or suggested installation and setup costs. Evaluation will consider compliance with the specifications, total cost including shipping, vendor reliability, and ability to meet delivery timelines.
