Description
The City is seeking a contractor to remodel office space at City Hall. The work includes removing and constructing walls, insulating new walls for soundproofing, finishing walls for painting, supplying and installing stained office doors, and removing and installing ceiling grid and tiles. The contractor must coordinate scheduling with City-hired contractors performing electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, painting, and flooring work; the contractor is responsible for removing existing flooring as needed for wall work. The City must approve the office door purchase before it is made. The contract form states a not-to-exceed price of $9,300. Work is scheduled to commence December 14, 2026, and conclude before January 29, 2027. The contractor must provide a critical path phasing plan and schedule at least three days before the pre-construction meeting, along with a list of products and materials and general project contact information. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
