Description
Bridgman Public Schools is seeking firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access with a minimum capacity of 500 Mbps. The requested service should include at least five static IP addresses, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if possible, and a maximum four-hour service response time available 24/7. Vendors should itemize ISP-owned equipment needed to provide connectivity and include line-item pricing for all components, including web-based statistical analysis access and end-to-end maintenance on equipment used to deliver the service. Any services that are not eligible for E-rate funding must be itemized and quoted separately. Bidders must have an E-rate SPIN and an active SAM.gov registration. The district may select more than one provider and may consider multi-year contracts. Quotes are subject to funding approval and must account for the district’s stated funding and budget conditions. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance must accompany the bid; proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award.
