The USDA Forest Service intends to competitively award a BPA call order for Airport BAR rare plant survey services at Cleveland National Forest. The work falls under natural resources and forestry support services and will be issued against the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA. This notice is a special notice and explicitly states that it is not a solicitation or request for proposals. Participation is restricted to companies already approved for call orders under the LMIR BPA; approximately 45 approved businesses are expected to receive the call-order RFQ by email. Companies not already on the BPA may pursue the separate continuous BPA opportunity identified by solicitation 12363N23Q4023.
