Description
The City of Moncton is seeking a contractor for the complete demolition and removal of the former Codiac Regional RCMP Detachment at 520 Main Street. The work includes removing all foundations, structures, architectural components, mechanical and electrical systems, site features, and associated appurtenances. The contractor must also remove, abandon, cap, or relocate existing municipal services as identified in the tender specifications and drawings, dispose of demolished materials at approved facilities, and complete the associated site restoration and environmental controls.
