Description
The district is requesting five-year licenses for wireless access points: 10 for R710 models, 96 for R650 models, 5 for T350C models, and 11 for R760 models, or equivalent. The RFP also includes managed internal broadband services associated with these access points. The requested licensing is for existing equipment; installation is not requested for the listed license items. Proposals must identify the manufacturer, model, part number, quantities, unit and extended pricing, and licensing, maintenance, and warranty details. Bidders must provide a complete proposal or contract with pricing and terms, a company background and experience, at least three references for similar work within the state, and the required acknowledgments page. A copy of a state or cooperative contract is required if that pricing is offered. The estimated Category 2 budget is $135,382.70.
