Description
The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for electrical maintenance services at the Roseville Energy Park and Sunset Energy Center. The scope includes providing qualified personnel, supervision, tools, calibrated test equipment, and technical support to inspect, maintain, test, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical equipment throughout the power plants. Contractors must comply with applicable safety requirements and provide personal protective equipment. The initial agreement will run from the date of award through five years and will have a not-to-exceed amount. Proposals must address firm qualifications, similar experience and references, project-team qualifications, project understanding, project management, hourly-rate pricing, required statements, licenses, subcontractors, and any proposed exceptions. A mandatory on-site pre-proposal conference and job walk is required at both facilities.
