Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of a Blodgett full-size electric convection oven, model MARK V-100. The oven must have a standard depth baking compartment that accepts five 18" x 26" full-size baking pans. It features a solid state digital control with LED display, Cook & Hold, and Pulse Plus. The exterior is stainless steel with dual pane thermal glass windows, and the interior has a double-sided porcelainized liner. The oven includes five chrome-plated racks, halogen lights, and a two-speed fan motor. Options include various control types, legs/casters, and voltage configurations. The unit comes with a three-year parts and two-year labor warranty, plus a five-year limited door warranty.
