Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a non-commercial seal for manufacture and supply under a fixed-price purchase order. The item must conform to the design represented by CAGE code 1MGP4 and reference number 2D-808448, be physically marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N, and satisfy the stated inspection, quality-assurance, preservation, packaging, packing, and marking requirements, including MIL-STD-2073 packaging provisions. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item may be considered for award. Offerors that are not the manufacturer must identify the original equipment manufacturer, its CAGE code, and the offered part number, and must submit proof of authorized-distributor status on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official.
