Description
The FDIC seeks enterprise subscriptions in two lots: access to proprietary credit ratings, research, and analysis through a web interface, and licensed ratings data feeds delivered through the FDIC’s Bloomberg account. The research service must cover financial institutions, corporate entities, emerging markets, and finance, with features such as global and advanced search, entity and sector information, portfolios, watchlists, alerts, and analytical content. The data feed must provide ratings and related organization and instrument information, including municipal securities, identifiers, classifications, ownership relationships, risk assessments, and historical data. The contractor must provide user training, demonstrations, account and helpdesk support, and connectivity support. Online delivery and training are permitted. Quotes may cover both lots or either lot; resellers must provide a manufacturer-signed authorization letter. The response must include the completed pricing schedule, applicable representations and certifications, subscription inclusions for end users, the vendor’s SAM UEI, and current terms and conditions.
