Description
The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority, in partnership with the Orleans Parish School Board, is seeking qualifications from development teams for the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of the former Valena C. Jones School. The opportunity concerns redevelopment of the school property and requires submission of the materials specified in the Request for Qualifications package. Responses must be submitted electronically through a shared Microsoft OneDrive folder; hard-copy submissions will not be accepted. A virtual information meeting will provide an overview of the redevelopment opportunity, solicitation process, submission requirements, anticipated timeline, and questions.
