Description
Florence Independent School District is requesting proposals for a fully managed leased lit-fiber Internet access solution serving district locations through a demarcation point at Florence High School. Proposed bandwidth must range from approximately 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, with pricing requested in 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps increments and contract options of 1, 3, and 5 years. The scope includes Ethernet fiber transport, installation and initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. Proposals should address scalability during the contract term, distinguish eligible from non-eligible services, include any applicable special-construction installment-payment option for up to four years, and complete the Florence_C1 Vendor attachment. Bids must comply with applicable E-Rate and Texas Education Agency procurement requirements.
