Description
The City of Pasadena is seeking 800 40-gallon corrugated cardboard trash receptacles and 800 40-gallon plastic liners. Each receptacle must have a multi-colored custom logo centered on all four sides, measure approximately 18 inches long by 18 inches wide by at least 30 inches high, support at least 200 pounds, and include two handholds. The logo uses PMS 1795C red, PMS 2292C green, and 100% black, and the vendor must provide a sample before production. The liners must measure 40 inches by 48 inches, be 0.63 millimeters thick, and be heavy strength. Pricing must include the receptacles, liners, printing, and delivery. The vendor must provide current product specifications, identify the proposed brand or manufacturer, state applicable warranties, and deliver the materials within the specified delivery period. The response must include the required vendor questionnaire and legal-status form, while certain licenses, insurance, and tax documents are required only after selection or as otherwise specified in the solicitation.
