Description
Henry County Public Schools is soliciting proposals for Category 1 managed fiber wide-area network services connecting five sites: four remote locations and a hub. Required pricing includes 2 Gbps and 10 Gbps configurations at the school sites, with additional required and optional bandwidth configurations at the district annex, including 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, 5 Gbps, and 10 Gbps options. Proposals must address service performance, topology, provider equipment, support, monitoring, incident response, installation, transition, testing, documentation, and service-level requirements. The proposal package must include the completed district appendices, pricing schedules, compliance matrix, exceptions schedule, three comparable currently operating multi-site WAN references, certifications and disclosures, and the required evidence checklist. Required evidence includes insurance, Kentucky authorization or good standing when applicable, provider identifiers, a technical WAN description or diagram, implementation and transition schedules, support and escalation information, subcontractor or affiliated-carrier disclosures, the proposed service agreement and standard terms, and addenda acknowledgments. The initial term is five years with five optional one-year renewal terms. The proposal deadline is December 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
