Description
The U.S. Army is conducting market research for maintenance and repair services covering 58 stormwater management facilities at Fort Myer-Henderson Hall in Arlington, Virginia, and Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. The facilities include detention basins, bioretention areas, underground retention and detention systems, permeable pavement, green roofs, sand filters, Filterra and StormFilter systems, rain gardens, bioswales, and BaySeparator systems. The anticipated work includes routine and inspection-based maintenance, storm-drain cleanout, vegetation and sediment removal, repairs, filter-media or cartridge replacement, waste management, and before-and-after documentation. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing relevant experience, commercial availability, pricing information, socioeconomic status, teaming or subcontracting plans, and recommendations concerning the acquisition. The capability statement is limited to eight pages and must be submitted in a Word or Word-compatible document.
