Description
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety, through its Office of Traffic Safety, seeks professional and technical services from an experienced sworn law enforcement peace officer, including an eligible retiree, to serve as a Law Enforcement Liaison. The liaison will connect the Office of Traffic Safety with state, county, tribal, and municipal law enforcement agencies in a designated area of the Twin Cities metropolitan region. The contractor will encourage agency participation in Office of Traffic Safety enforcement programs and help increase attention to traffic safety among law enforcement partners. The contractor must reside within the designated geographic area and maintain Minnesota residency throughout the contract and any subsequent amendments.
