Description
St. Johns County School District is soliciting bids for an as-needed contract covering the design, purchase, inside delivery, placement, installation, and renovation of cafeteria service line equipment. The contractor must provide new equipment, qualified personnel, supervision, labor, transportation, tools, materials, equipment removal, installation testing, operating manuals or brochures, and on-site equipment training. The scope also includes emergency and routine service responses, written job quotes, itemized invoicing, warranty support, and removal of replaced equipment to a designated school area. Bidders must submit labor rates for electrical work and installation or other work, plus a parts, materials, and equipment markup not exceeding 10 percent. The contract is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity award beginning February 12, 2027, for one year, with up to three additional one-year renewal periods. Required response materials include the signed bid and acknowledgment form, Exhibits A through I, active corporate-registration documentation, a certificate of insurance, and the completed Bid Sheet in its original Excel format. The solicitation requires submission through the VendorLink portal and states that insurance coverage must include commercial general liability, workers’ compensation/employer’s liability, and motor vehicle liability.
