Description
Bridgman Public Library is seeking firm-fixed-price quotations for internet access with a minimum capacity of 250 Mbps, including at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if possible, and a maximum four-hour service response time available 24/7. Quotes should itemize ISP-owned connectivity equipment, eligible and non-eligible services, and all components. The library also requests basic maintenance for eligible internal-connection equipment, including Ubiquiti wireless controllers, switches, and access points, and WatchGuard firewall equipment, as well as managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. The listed equipment includes a Ubiquiti UDM-PRO, Ubiquiti USW-48-PoE, Ubiquiti U6-Mesh and U6-Pro access points, and a WatchGuard WGT45413. Quotes must be emailed and clearly marked “E-rate bid.” Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN and an active SAM.gov registration; the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 must be on file with USAC by September 1, 2027. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance is requested with the internet-access quote, and proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award. Multi-year contracts may be considered, and the library may select more than one provider for a service type.
