Description
The State of Indiana, through the Indiana Department of Administration on behalf of the Family and Social Services Administration and its Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, is soliciting proposals for Pharmacy Benefit Administrator services. The selected contractor will administer the State's fee-for-service Medicaid pharmacy benefit in accordance with state-defined policies, program requirements, and reimbursement methodologies. Respondents must demonstrate at least six combined years of experience supporting state Medicaid pharmacy benefit administrator services for at least two states; subcontractor experience does not count toward this requirement. Proposals must include executive, business, technical, and cost components, along with the required state templates and attestations. The contract is expected to run for four years from execution, with two optional one-year renewals.
