The U.S. Army Reserve requires non-personal services from a multidisciplinary Holistic Health and Fitness Performance Team consisting of 25 full-time-equivalent personnel: five Registered Dietitians, five Cognitive Performance Specialists, ten Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and five Athletic Trainers. The team will assess, educate, train, coach, and mentor Soldiers across the physical, nutritional, mental, spiritual, and sleep domains, while developing command-specific readiness programs, curricula, resource libraries, implementation strategies, and performance reports. Clinical medical care, medical nutrition therapy, and individualized medical rehabilitation are excluded. The contractor must provide personnel who meet specified education, certification, licensure, and experience requirements, including U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain Confidential personnel and facility clearances. Performance requires in-person support, flexible evening and weekend schedules, regular CONUS travel, and contractor-furnished specialized health, fitness, nutritional, and diagnostic equipment. The Government intends to award a single IDIQ contract with a 12-month base period, one 12-month option period, and an optional six-month extension. This notice is a pre-solicitation notice; proposals are not currently requested, and the full solicitation is expected to be issued later.
