Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for public library consortium members. The requested services include symmetrical bandwidth scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput at each library location, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are required, and bandwidth may increase during the contract term. The project is contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals to one or more respondents. Mandatory proposal components include an executive summary, cost proposal, business proposal, technical proposal with supporting documents, attestation form with supporting documents, infrastructure overview, and artificial-intelligence technical proposal questions. Respondents must also submit reference check forms and comply with applicable E-Rate, state, and local procurement requirements.
