Description
Moody Independent School District is requesting proposals for a fully managed, leased lit-fiber Internet access solution with bandwidth options of 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps. The service will terminate at the Moody ISD Tech Building and serve district locations, including administrative, cafeteria, elementary, middle, high school, annex, maintenance, and pre-kindergarten facilities. The requested scope includes installation and initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. Proposers must provide pricing for both bandwidth options and for three-year and five-year contract terms, with voluntary extensions. Proposals should include scalability during the contract term, separately identify eligible and non-eligible costs, and include installation charges and any applicable special-construction installment-payment option. The solicitation requires completion of the Moody_2027_C1 Vendor Response Template and electronic submission through the designated RFP system.
