Description
Newaygo County Regional Educational Service Agency is requesting proposals for Category One maintenance and operations of its private lit fiber network connecting consortium buildings. The requested capacity is 10 Gbps to 25 Gbps, and the agency is seeking maintenance services that can accommodate growth and change. Multi-year contracts may be considered. Proposals must be firm fixed-price and clearly itemize any products or services that are not eligible for Universal Service Fund support. Bidders must have an E-rate SPIN, maintain the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 filing by September 1, 2027, and have an active SAM.gov registration. The agency will evaluate price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness of response, and the ability to complete the services within the required timeframe; price is the primary factor.
