Description

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority is soliciting a general contractor to provide the labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete energy-efficient rehabilitation of three scattered-site single-family homes. The work is subject to the solicitation's scope and technical specifications, Davis-Bacon wage requirements, certified payroll requirements, and the authority's Section 3 program. The solicitation states that the work must be substantially complete within 180 calendar days after the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit a bid bond or other bid guarantee of at least 5% of the total bid when the bid is $25,000 or more. The successful contractor must provide 100% payment and performance bonds before the contract is placed on the authority's board agenda for approval.
