The Office of Financial Management within the Finance and Administration Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, on behalf of multiple Kentucky public finance entities, is requesting qualifications from firms to provide senior managing underwriter services, financial advisor services, and/or Kentucky local co-managing underwriter services. The services will support the participating entities during Fiscal Year 2028, from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, and Fiscal Year 2029, from July 1, 2028, through June 30, 2029.
