Description
Interior Health is soliciting a pre-qualified general contractor for the full replacement of remaining pneumatic heating and cooling controls with modern Direct Digital Controls across multiple areas of East Kootenay Regional Hospital. The work includes supplying and installing DDC hardware and components, programming and commissioning the new controls, and integrating them with the existing building management system. The estimated construction budget is $1,817,000. The contractor must provide the number of weeks to ready the project for takeover, submit a construction schedule, and identify anticipated impact notices based on information available at tender. A Hazmat Assessment Report is expected to be issued by addendum. Participation is restricted to contractors on Interior Health's applicable Pre-Qualified Contractors List.
