Description
Routt County is seeking a consultant to provide project management and coordination for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Strategic Prevention Framework Partnerships for Success project in northwest Colorado. The work covers Jackson, Moffat, Rio Blanco, and Routt counties and focuses on reducing youth alcohol misuse through evidence-based prevention, mental health promotion, coalition development, and community capacity building. The consultant will oversee day-to-day coalition, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting activities; facilitate at least one coalition meeting per month; coordinate community action, strategic, and evaluation plans; support data collection and federal reporting; document prevention strategies and implementation progress; participate in trainings, technical assistance, regional meetings, community visits, and conferences; and submit quarterly and annual reports and related deliverables. Proposers must demonstrate relevant experience in community programs, coalitions, public health, behavioral health, youth prevention, or grant-funded projects, along with facilitation, partnership-building, data reporting, and project management capabilities.
