Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking construction services for electrical, HVAC, structural, and building improvements to multiple process and support buildings at the Metro Water Resource Recovery Facility. The scope also includes asbestos, lead-paint, and PCB abatement; installation of single-mode fiber and new conduits between facility buildings; and selective demolition of unused sulfur dioxide and chlorine equipment. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN by the stated deadline, and bidders must be registered plan holders. Access to the project plans requires acceptance of a non-disclosure agreement concerning nonpublic data. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled, with bidders strongly encouraged to attend.
