Description
The City of Los Angeles is requesting quotes for 300 dozen new and unused 12-inch composite softballs: Thunder ZN Hard Core, Pro M, USSSA slowpitch, .44 core/.375 lb., #4U12H, with Dudley or Spalding specified. Equivalent products may be considered if they substantially comply with the specifications, but deviations must be disclosed in writing. Bidders must be authorized distributors or dealers for the quoted manufacturer and must provide illustrative or technical data, drawings, and/or printed literature for the quoted materials. Delivery is desired within 15 calendar days after receipt of an order, FOB destination, with deliveries generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. The solicitation also requires completion of the City quotation documents and applicable forms, including the Contractor Responsibility Ordinance questionnaire, and electronic submission through the Los Angeles Vendor Self Service website.
