Description
This is a sources-sought notice for a potential five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for shuttle transportation of VA beneficiaries, their escorts, employees, and service dogs. The draft performance work statement calls for six buses, each accommodating 20–24 passengers, operating Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. across three routes. Service must maintain continuous coverage, keep passenger waits to 20 minutes or less, and provide a compliant replacement bus within 45 minutes when needed.
