Description
The library district is seeking monthly 1 Gbps dedicated internet access at its main branch, including fees for five static IP addresses and estimated taxes and surcharges. Bids must include the provider’s SPIN/Form 498 ID and confirm service availability at the delivery address; any applicable special construction charges must be specified. The provider must have its FY2026 Form 473/SPAC on file. The request also includes two cellular data plan/air card service lines for the library bookmobile, with installation and initial configuration indicated. Service for both requests is scheduled to start July 1, 2027. The preferred contract length for the dedicated internet service is 60 months; no contract length is stated for the cellular service.
