Description
The City of Albany is soliciting bids for Phase I rehabilitation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of large-diameter sanitary sewer mains and 15 sanitary manholes along Schley Avenue between McLain Lane and Lift Station #67. The work includes internal pre- and post-video inspections, sanitary sewer mainline cleaning, cured-in-place pipe mainline rehabilitation for 24-inch and 30-inch mains, lateral reconnections, bypass pumping, point repair, and polyurethane manhole lining. The contract is a unit-price project with an estimated 180-calendar-day completion period following issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, traffic control, and related work. A 5% bid bond is required, and the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Required bid submissions include the bid form, bid bond, DBE subcontractor participation form, project references, licensing or evidence of licensing, a bidder qualification statement, and the listed certifications and corporate documents.
