Description
The Oklahoma Air National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for electrical repairs and installations at multiple facilities of the 138th Fighter Wing. Work includes repairing or replacing interior and exterior lighting fixtures, installing electrical outlets and circuits, troubleshooting and repairing electrical services and light switches, and performing related electrical-system maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, the National Electrical Code, and applicable regulations. Specific work orders cover lighting, receptacles, 220V and 440V services, switches, and classified-area lighting. The contractor must perform services on site Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; telework is not permitted. Base access requires federally acceptable identification, background checks, and compliance with installation security procedures. Required deliverables include a final report detailing work performed for each work order and red-line drawings for newly installed circuits or significant modifications. The period of performance is 90 days from notice to proceed. Evaluation considers price, technical capability, past performance, and small-business participation under a lowest-priced technically acceptable approach.
