Description
The State of Ohio, through the Ohio Secretary of State, is seeking proposals from contractors to provide voting systems. These systems will be utilized by the Agency and the 88 County Boards of Elections across Ohio. The Ohio Secretary of State serves as the Chief Elections Official, overseeing election conduct at the local level. This solicitation has undergone several revisions, including updates to the Scope of Work and Cost Proposal, and corrections to minor errors. Proposals submitted under previous rounds (Lot 1 Round 3) do not need to be resubmitted. A virtual pre-Proposal conference will be held on March 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM Columbus, Ohio local time. Details for participation can be found in Section 3 of the RFP. Vendors are required to register in the OhioBuys Supplier Portal to participate or submit inquiries. Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys, and it is recommended to have only a single window open when logged in to avoid submission errors. Resources for using OhioBuys and submitting responses are available online.
