Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine is seeking a supplier for tactical uniforms for the State Environmental Inspectorate of Ukraine. The requirement includes 75 long-sleeve tactical polos, 75 short-sleeve tactical polos, 75 tactical tunics, 33 men's and 42 women's padded autumn jackets, 94 tactical pants, 33 men's and 42 women's fleece pullovers, and 75 olive baseball caps with white logos. Detailed requirements cover fabrics, densities, colors, sizes, pockets, closures, Velcro panels, water and dirt resistance, and other garment features. Delivery is required DDP to Kyiv and Dnipro, Ukraine, within 60 calendar days after contract signature, with no partial delivery. The uniforms must comply with specified Ukrainian or equivalent international standards, include at least a 12-month warranty, and be supported by warranty service in Ukraine. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers, company registration and tax documents, references, examples of at least two similar completed contracts, and a letter from a local maintenance representative accepting the warranty terms. Prices must be submitted without VAT.
