The Capability Program Executive Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW) is issuing a Call for Solutions for Project Manager Electromagnetic Warfare & Collection (PM EW&C) Rapid Electromagnetic Warfare & Signals Intelligence (REWSI) under the Army Open Solicitation (AOS) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO). This initiative seeks commercially available technologies to meet Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) Characteristics of Need (CoN) requirements. The government aims to rapidly procure and sustain equipment to support the PM EW&C portfolio. Submissions should be made through the Vulcan portal (https://www.vulcan-SOF.com), which is a web interface designed to streamline the discovery and sharing of innovative technologies within the Department of Defense. Vendors must register using their official organizational email and follow the instructions for submitting a "Scout Card" and associated Solution Brief. All submissions must be at the "Unclassified" level.
