Description
Texas A&M University is seeking information on proctoring solutions that integrate with their Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). The university aims to enhance the security and integrity of online quizzes and exams. This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational purposes to understand the advancements in proctoring technologies that safeguard against cheating. The university is interested in SaaS products with LTI/API integration, compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, and TX-RAMP, and a SOC 2 Report or HECVAT. Key requirements include WCAG 2.1A/Section508 conformance, capacity for peak load events (1,000+ simultaneous users), and information on AI foundation models, data storage, assistive technologies, exam modalities, academic integrity evidence packages, proctoring rules configurability, LMS gradebook integration, operating system and browser support, network requirements, and support models. They are also requesting a list of higher education clients with an FTE of 20,000 or higher and typical implementation timelines.
