Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting all-or-none pricing for monthly janitorial services at the approximately 3,150-square-foot WFF District 3 Office. The scope includes recurring janitorial services and a separately quotable line for additional services as needed; pricing is per month and payment will be made in arrears. The first contract year is stated as October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000. Third-party subcontractors and out-of-state vendors are prohibited. A mandatory site visit is specified, and the solicitation references attached specifications.
