The 35th Contracting Squadron at Misawa Air Base is soliciting a firm-fixed-price solution for the design, purchase, delivery, and installation of outdoor playgrounds at two locations: 75084 North Base, B1825 and B1826, and 75051 Main Base, Airplane Park. The scope includes all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Statement of Objectives. Updated reference maps and utility information have been issued for both playground locations. The equipment lists identify swings, carousels, play structures, climbing structures, track rides, seesaws, ADA-accessible swings, and baby swings in varying quantities, sizes, age ranges, and user capacities. Offerors must submit a comprehensive design for both locations, a detailed installation approach, recent and relevant past-performance information, and separate pricing for the listed design, equipment, delivery, and installation line items. Technical capability will be evaluated approximately equally with total evaluated price under a subjective trade-off best-value process. At least one team member must be able to attend meetings and site visits.
