Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for two fire control assemblies, NSN 1055-01-166-4164, under purchase request 7018274808. The requested supplies must comply with the referenced technical data and quality requirements, including the prohibition on surplus material, origin inspection, applicable packaging and marking requirements, and domestic-material and export-control restrictions. The item is a defense article subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Offerors and proposed sources of supply must have approved Joint Certification Program certification and authorization to access the export-controlled technical data. The actual manufacturer must be identified for inclusion in the award. Delivery is required 168 days after order, FOB origin, with inspection and acceptance at origin.
