Description
The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center seeks a one-year service agreement for its three-laser BD FACSCanto II flow cytometric analyzer. The agreement covers labor, travel, and parts, excluding consumables, to support preventive maintenance, repairs, optical alignment, fluidics performance, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted laboratory operations. The scope includes two preventive maintenance inspections with PM kits during the 12-month period, a guaranteed one-business-day response to emergency on-site service requests, unlimited Monday-through-Friday service visits, software revisions released during the agreement term, and telephone support for instrument, reagent, and application issues.
