Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is soliciting floor care services for the DeKalb County Health Department. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, chemicals, and equipment to strip and wax VCT flooring, steam-clean carpeted areas and rugs, scrub and wax clinic-side tile, buff remaining tile, and clean floor rugs in doorways and the kitchen. Furniture must be moved and replaced as needed. Annual VCT, carpet, and rug services are to occur during October through December, with additional tile and rug services performed once during each three-month period from January through March, April through June, and July through September. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited; the work must be performed by the owner or legal employees of the awarded supplier. Attendance at the mandatory site visit is required for a quote to be considered.
