Description
Shawneetown Public Library is seeking managed internal broadband services for maintenance of its existing Category 2 equipment. The eligible equipment includes a Ubiquiti USW-24-POE switch, Ubiquiti U6-PRO-US and UniFi AP-AC-Pro access points, a Cisco Meraki MX400 controller, a Fortinet FG-40F-BDL-950-12 firewall, and an Eaton 5SC 750VA UPS battery backup. Bids must reference FCC Form 470 #270001828, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, include the vendor's SPIN, and comply with applicable local and state procurement guidelines. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered. The library may consider multi-year contracts, voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or varying contract terms, subject to the stated conditions and E-Rate funding protections.
