Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, is soliciting a brand-name-or-equal package of wide-format printing and finishing equipment for the Boston Regional Benefits Office. The requirement includes one Roland VersaSTUDIO BN30 30-inch print/cut color printer; four units of TrueVIS GREENGUARD-certified CMYK ink; one unit of TrueVIS GREENGUARD-certified white ink; one unit of TrueVIS TR2-CL cleaning solution; one VersaWorks Dual RIP software license; a two-year trouble-free warranty; one GFP 230C 30-inch cold laminator with stand and foot switch; and professional service planning, deployment, installation, and verification testing. Quotes must address all line items and identify the manufacturer or brand, make and model, required accessories, and sufficient product information. Equal products must demonstrate compliance with the stated salient characteristics, and all offered items must be U.S.-domestically made. The technical volume is limited to five pages and must include an estimated delivery timeframe; the price volume requires completion of the Section B price schedule. Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of the delivery order, with the final residential delivery address to be provided after award. Amendment 0003 provides the Government's response to vendor questions and extends the offer deadline to September 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The amendment's attached question response states that 220cc Roland TrueVIS GREENGUARD-certified CMYK ink cartridges should be purchased instead of the previously specified 500cc cartridges because they are compatible with the BN2-30 printer.
