Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health seeks a supplier to provide general pest-control services for the period October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Services must control roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, spiders, and other applicable pests, with any excluded pests clearly identified in the quote. Work must be performed monthly, inside and outside the building, with recalls as needed at no additional charge. The supplier must leave an invoice and service report at each service visit; payment will be made in arrears. Termite inspection and treatment are excluded. The agency intends to establish a 12-month contract with an option to renew for up to five years, with a total cost not to exceed $25,000. A site visit is strongly encouraged and available by appointment. The agency reserves the right not to award based on budget restrictions.
