Description
The City of Port Angeles is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for removal of an abandoned concrete-encased sanitary force main crossing Ennis Creek. The scope includes environmental and cultural permitting support, civil engineering design, restoration to fish-passage standards, and right-of-way documentation support. Addendum 1 clarifies that right-of-way documentation support includes survey work and drawing exhibits prepared by a Professional Land Surveyor to define construction limits for establishing easements; legal descriptions, negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, and title review services are not required. The addendum also revises the digital response limit to a 20-page PDF, with resumes in an appendix excluded from the limit. The agreement is intended to run for up to two years and includes design packages, estimates, final construction plans and specifications, bid support, and construction management.
