Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a contractor to provide full-service annual preventive maintenance and repair for eight ConMed AirSeal insufflators. The scope includes corrective maintenance, parts replacement, software and system updates, loaner equipment at no additional charge, overnight shipment of replacement units, return and service shipping labels, 24/7/365 telephone technical support, and remote diagnostics and maintenance. The contractor must provide all required labor, parts, materials, tools, travel, and documentation, including service reports within seven business days of work performed. Offerors must provide manufacturer-signed authorization dated within two years, evidence of their ability to perform the required services, technician certification and experience information, and a company capability statement. The quote must include a completed price/cost schedule with a firm-fixed price and cost breakdown. If non-ConMed parts are proposed, the offer must describe them, identify their country of origin, and explain how they meet the statement of work requirements. A completed SF 1449 and FAR 52.222-48 certification are also required.
