The Town of Front Royal is soliciting bids for the construction of the East Prospect Street Superstructure Replacement project. This project involves replacing the existing bridge superstructure over Happy Creek in Front Royal, Virginia. Attendance at the pre-bid conference, scheduled for July 2nd, 2026, at 2 PM in the Town Hall Chambers at 102 E. Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia 22630, is encouraged but not mandatory. A virtual attendance option will be available. A site visit will take place immediately following the pre-bid conference.
