Francis Marion University intends to award a sole-source contract for officiating services for university matches in baseball, softball, men's and women's basketball, soccer, and volleyball. Conference Carolinas selects the officiating organization and provides remuneration to that organization; the university must use the company assigned under Conference Carolinas policy.
