Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division has a requirement for OEM Circuit D parts. These parts will be supplied by ESCO Maritime Solutions on a sole source basis. This is a sole source solicitation, meaning the government intends to negotiate with only one source, ESCO Maritime Solutions, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901.
